Strange Views from the Vineyards, Episode #779
Giant blimp above Big Ag's vineyard just north of our house. What? It had the name of a gin company on the side, so perhaps they're scoping out their competition from the grape biz.
We once had a client named MetLife. We were busy putting together their documents (1000's of them) & saw their blimp fly by our office windows here in the south (it was a day or 2 before a major bowl game at our local stadium). Very surreal. I am always impressed by the size of those things.

ReplyDeleteI have seen the MetLife blimp as well, although not flying over the vineyards! I really like them, they are very quiet and just seem to float by.
ReplyDeleteKinda curious-which gin company?
ReplyDeleteThe company was named Hendricks. And the blimp had these human-looking eyes on either side of it, which made it look a little creepy!
