It tastes just as good on a Saturday, anyway and a rest is just as pleasant on Sunday. I don't believe in being dogmatic about it. In this society, if you can rest every seven days or so, I don't think what day you rest particularly matters.

ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes, I try and keep that range top perfect, I've seen too many that get just terrible due to heavy use and neglect. I sure miss natural gas, but propane is just not as good so we went electric when we moved here. Glad you are enjoying some yummy bread, too!
