Those fresh eggs have bright orange yolks, which in turn gives the curd such a bright color!

Oh that is the most gorgeous color! Mmmmm I can smell it. I love lemon curd. I've always thought such a luscious condiment deserves a prettier name though! Curd isn't a pretty word.
ReplyDeleteI know! "Curd" just sounds like something yucky you skim off the top of something else. Blech. It should be called Lemon Ambrosia, Lemon Heaven, or something like that!
